GUARANTEE GOLD®

The Guarantee Company of North America, represented by Binks Insurance, introduced Guarantee Gold ® homeowners coverage in 1991. This is a comprehensive form of property coverage intended for those individuals with high value residences and/or a need for enhanced levels of coverage.

The Gold program has been designed to provide total insurance protection across all of the various assets and liabilities of our clients. This includes:

• the home;
• contents:
• jewellery;
• fine arts;
• secondary residences, and
• recreational equipment.

The policy has been designed to protect many unique exposures such as libel and slander or nonprofit D&O.

When a client chooses Guarantee Gold ®, we undertake a detailed inspection of the home to establish its current reconstruction replacement value. When the policy is issued, the Guarantee provides an all inclusive limit of 210% of the value. This amount can be used for all losses to your insured assets.

In a loss, if you prefer not to repair or replace your damaged property, you may choose a cash settlement based upon full replacement cost. This allows for expedient, fair claims handling at your convenience.
