Penny joined the insurance industry in Feb 1988 working with a leading Insurance Company. Starting as data entry clerk, she was promoted to a Personal Lines Underwriter. After 14 years at the same company a change was needed and she joined Binks in April 2002 as a Personal Lines Broker. In October 2008 she became Personal Lines Manager overseeing staff and monitoring workflow.
