Private Passenger Auto

  • $2 million personal liability protection
  • “Guaranteed Replacement” means that in the event of a loss, we will pay the full cost of rebuilding your home regardless of the coverage limit
  • “New for Old” replacement means that no matter how old the item reported lost, stolen or damaged; we replace it with a similar new item rather than deduct for depreciation
  • Additional protection is included for sewer back up, mass evacuation and food freezer protection
  • Unlimited coverage for computers, fine arts, and silverware and for the property of students living away from home – while within the overall policy limit.

Comprehensive Condominiums

Giving full protection to condominium owners, the Comprehensive Condominium package provides “All-Risk” coverage, including special coverages with extremely high limits. Some Chieftain Condominium advantages:

  • $2 million personal liability protection
  • Loss Assessment protection is provided up to three times the policy limit for your share of the assessment where a direct loss to common areas was caused by loss or damage we insure
